For online purchases Finery operates a 28 day returns policy subject to products being returned in their original condition, unworn with all tags and labels attached.
A returns fee of £2.50 will be applied to UK returns at the time the return is registered via the portal. Please note that this is a direct charge for the label and is not deducted from your refund total.
Please be advised that original outbound postage fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned items will be credited back to your original payment method.

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring you are wearing a well-fitting bra and that tape measure is flat.
Measure the narrowest part of your waist, just above your navel.
Measure the fullest part of your hips.
Measure from the top of the inner thigh to the ankle.
