  1. Enter your Order Number and delivery postcode, then select Royal Mail as your return method. If your order number appears as #FN123456, please enter it without the # symbol (for example, FN123456).
  2. Choose the option that suits you best:
    • QR Code – no printer needed. Show the QR code at your Royal Mail drop-off point and they'll print your label for you.
    • Print-at-Home Label – print your label at home and attach it to your parcel before dropping it off.
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need, including your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your return every step of the way.
  4. Don't forget: keep your proof of postage safe until your return has been processed.
