"The fabric was thin and cheap and was super creased. I set about returning and what a faff! The instructions on the website were wrong, so I had to contact customer service. Fatima was helpful, but they have switched to a portal. To use this, you need a printer which I don’t have. You have to start the process, then E mail customer service with the label, they then print it and post it to you. It then took an absolute age for the money to be returned to my account. Not a site I will ever order from again. No need for it to be so long and complicated!"
