A split does nothing standing still. This one is built for the walk.
Ruffles fall across the skirt on the diagonal, gathering again to frame the split at the front. Chiffon is the right weight for that, light enough that the layers separate as you move and settle back when you stop. Midi length.
A heeled sandal and something plain on top, because the skirt is already busy. Flat boots and a chunky knit if you want to argue with it.
