Return Costs (UK Orders)
Starting Thursday, 3rd July 2025, a £3.50 shipping and handling fee will be applied to UK returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
However, if you keep items totalling £39 or more, your return will be free of charge.
Why We’re Making This Change?
Returns have both environmental and operational impacts. In addition to the emissions from transportation, every returned item must be carefully checked, processed, and repackaged by our warehouse team to ensure it can be resold.
We’re committed to covering most of these costs, but introducing a £3.50 return fee helps us manage them more sustainably while keeping our pricing fair for everyone.
We know that shopping online can be tricky, and sometimes things just don’t fit right. That’s why we offer detailed size guides and a helpful Customer Care team to support you before you place your order.
To make the return process really easy for you, please remember to follow these three steps.
1. Return items within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2. Return items in the condition you received them. Please ensure that all the items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returns will be assessed upon receipt and any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you. If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing, faulty or wrong items, please notify us withing 5 working days of delivery.
3. All Finery items have a tag attached. Please ensure that all tags and labels are kept on if you wish to return the item and get a full refund.

1. Remember to clearly write your order number including the #hastag in the 1st box, and Email address or Post code in the 2nd box, please then press next to process.
2. Select the items you wish to return.
3. Confirm your personal information.
4. Choose your preferred return method.
5. Track your return every step of the way.
TRACK YOUR RETURN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
Once you have completed registering your return you will receive an email which contains a tracking link so you know exactly where your parcel is.
ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS
We’ll process your refund within 10 working days of receiving it in our warehouse. Please keep the ‘proof of return postage’ from your courier until you have received confirmation of your return. This may increase during peak periods.
REFUND POLICY

TIME FRAME - All orders must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
CONDITION OF ITEMS – All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Finery tags attached. If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing, faulty or wrong items, please notify us withing 5 working days of delivery.
