Wrong size I didn’t order was sent to me!
"Was so looking forward to having this beautiful red cotton dress! I ordered it in 16 Petite as I’m not very tall so the regular size would have been too long on me! When my dress arrived this morning in the post it said 16 Petite on the plastic bag but when I took the dress out of the bag the label on the dress said 12 Petite so was obviously far too small for me and wasn’t the size I had ordered and paid for! So that’s incredibly disappointing as I had ordered it especially for a Ruby Wedding Anniversary Party and they do not have any size 16 petite still! What I don’t understand is why I was sent the wrong size in the first place having been told size 16 petite was in stock! So why was I sent a completely wrong size that I hadn’t asked for and now I’ve got all the hassle of having to queue up at the post office to return something I didn’t order which is just more work! This was my first order from this company and so far have not been impressed although the dress looked very pretty but no good when it’s the wrong size!"
