For online purchases Finery operates a 28 day returns policy subject to products being returned in their original condition, unworn with all tags and labels attached.

We would love to offer extended returns to enhance your shopping experience. Any orders placed online between 21st November 2025 to 24th December 2025 can be returned for refund up until 31st January 2026.
