I have messaged and phone to say I don’t have a printer or access to one. I paid £3. 50 postage. I asked for a QR code. I have been totally ignored. Shrinks on washing - beware

"Lovely style, lovely drapey fabric, loved this dress but, like my other Finery dress, it won't stand up to being washed. The first wash I did cold (doesn't really clean it, yuk) so the second time, I risked the gentlest 30deg wool wash (washing instructions are 30deg). Arggh! No good, it shrank a size. I feel totally gutted My friend did warn me you can't wash Finery dresses. So, yes, their dresses seem good value until you realise they're essentially disposable. :( Finery! Please consider improving the quality of your fabrics even if it means charging a little more?"

"What a beautiful well made comfortable dress. It’s a good weight so hangs well. I fluctuate between a 10 and a 12, so took the 12, which fits perfectly. The dress was well packaged and arrived quickly. I will definitely be buying more from Finery, glad I found you!"
