"Unfortunately I was disappointed that this dress is advertised with white buttons but arrived with gold ones. I have been in touch to return this item. I have messaged and phone to say I don’t have a printer or access to one. I paid £3. 50 postage. I asked for a QR code. I have been totally ignored. I’m now having to take it to the post office and pay to return it via Royal Mail. Very unhappy with this after service. Pamela Noakes"
