For online purchases Finery operates a 31 day returns policy subject to products being returned in their original condition, unworn with all tags and labels attached.
A returns fee of £2.50 will be applied to UK returns at the time the return is registered via the portal. Please note that this is a direct charge for the label and is not deducted from your refund total.
