"As someone who has a number of Finery dresses already, I was disappointed by the poor quality of this dress. The fabric was puckered at the seams and the underarm zip was bulky and badly sewn in. It was also skimpy in the cut. I returned it and lost money. I advise anyone buying direct to check all the small print - which in itself is a moveable feast. I was encouraged to return the item with free postage and yet, after the fact, I was deducted £7. 45 from my refund. Apparently the free bit was the ability to print a return label free of charge! Despite sending the paperwork I received showing postage was free, customer service claimed the terms and conditions had ‘recently changed’ and this no longer applied. I won’t be buying again!"
