WE'RE PLEASED TO STATE THAT WE OFFER FREE RETURNS ON ALL UK ORDERS (for international returns please see below)
To make the return process really easy for you, please remember to follow these three steps.
Return items within 14 days: If you need to make a return, please do so within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Return items in the condition you received them: Please ensure that all items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Shoes must be tried on indoors and be returned in their original box where applicable. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you. Please note we're unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons or swimwear without the original packaging.
Keep the tags on: Please note that all Finery items have a tag attached. You must ensure that the tag is kept on if you want to return the item and get a full refund.
* We sadly don't currently offer an automated exchange service through our web platform. If, however an exchange is urgent, please contact our lovely Customer Care team at email@example.com who will do their best to help you.
* Please note that any items purchased on our website cannot be returned in any of our wholesale stores or other online trading partners in the UK or internationally.
HOW TO RETURN
We’ve simplified our returns process and have made it easy for you to return your items using our new Online Returns portal. Please click here to access the portal where you will need to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to return and download your Return Note and Prepaid Label. For further instructions, please click here.
*You are welcome to use alternative packaging which protects the items in transit. Just make sure that your Returns Note is included in the parcel to avoid any delay in the processing of your refund.
*Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Finery is unfortunately not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of returning your order, (or 21 days for international returns) send proof of postage to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will investigate the matter further for you. Please note that we are sadly unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
We understand that returning items outside of the UK can be time consuming, so we've made our international return process simple and easier for our customers. If you need to make a return, please click here for further instructions.
*International returns can take up to 28 days to be received and processed. Refunds will be issued immediately after your return has been processed (please ensure you meet our returns criteria, click here for more details).

*If you're based in Belgium, you will sadly need to cover the cost of your return. Please ensure that you use a traceable service and retain proof of postage until your refund has been issued.
