WE OFFER FREE RETURNS ON ALL UK ORDERS
To make the return process really easy for you, please remember to follow these three steps.
1. Return items within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2. Return items in the condition you received them. Please ensure that all the items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returns will be assessed upon receipt and any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you. If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing, faulty or wrong items, please notify us withing 5 working days of delivery.
3. All Finery items have a tag attached. Please ensure that all tags and labels are kept on if you wish to return the item and get a full refund.

1. Enter your order number, postcode, email or phone number.
2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
3. Confirm your personal information.
4. Choose your preferred return method.
5. Track your return every step of the way.
If exchanging your product for a new size, please enter the new required size into the text box.
If you would like to exchange for a different product or an item at a different price, please send your items back for a refund and place a new order.
TRACK YOUR RETURN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
Once you have completed registering your return you will receive an email which contains a tracking link so you know exactly where your parcel is.
ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS
We’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 working days of receiving it in our warehouse. Please keep the ‘proof of return postage’ from your courier until you have received confirmation of your return. This may increase during peak periods.
FREE RETURNS - We offer free return postage within the UK when using the online portal above.
TIME FRAME - All orders must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
CONDITION OF ITEMS – All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Finery tags attached.
