WE'RE PLEASED TO STATE THAT WE OFFER FREE RETURNS ON ALL UK ORDERS (for international returns please see below)
To make the return process really easy for you, please remember to follow these three steps.
- Return items within 28 days of receipt of your order: If you need to make a return, please do so within 28 days from the date you placed your order.
- Return items in the condition you received them: Please ensure that all items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returns will be assessed upon receipt and any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.
- Please note that all Finery items have a tag attached. You must ensure that the tag is kept on if you want to return the item and get a full refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
* We sadly don't currently offer an automated exchange service through our web platform. If, however, an exchange is urgent, please contact our lovely Customer Care team at care@finerylondon.com who will do their best to help you.
* Please note that any items purchased on our website cannot be returned in any of our wholesale stores or other online trading partners in the UK or internationally.
HOW TO RETURN UK ORDERS
We’ve simplified our returns process and have made it easy for you to return your items. Please click here to access the prepaid return Royal Mail label.
*You are welcome to use alternative packaging which protects the items in transit. Just make sure that your Returns Note is included in the parcel to avoid any delay in the processing of your refund.
*Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Finery is unfortunately not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of returning your order, send proof of postage to care@finerylondon.com and a member of the team will investigate the matter further for you. Please note that we are sadly unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
