In the light of the current uncertainty surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to reassure you that the safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority.
We are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and local authorities’ guidelines.
We are prepared to do everything we can to ensure your shopping experience remains uninterrupted and our online store is currently operating as normal.
Please bear with us regarding any potential order delays due to this current situation.
To make the return process really easy for you, please remember to follow these three steps.
Return items within 28 days: If you need to make a return, please do so within 28 days from the date you placed your order.
Return items in the condition you received them: Please ensure that all items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Shoes must be tried on indoors and be returned in their original box where applicable. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any items in unsuitable condition will be returned to you. Please note we're unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons or swimwear without the original packaging.
Keep the tags on: Please note that all Finery items have a tag attached. You must ensure that the tag is kept on if you want to return the item and get a full refund.
Unfortunately, any delivery costs will not be refunded if the order is returned.

* We sadly don't currently offer an automated exchange service through our web platform. If, however, an exchange is urgent, please contact our lovely Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will do their best to help you.
* Please note that any items purchased on our website cannot be returned in any of our wholesale stores or other online trading partners in the UK or internationally.
HOW TO RETURN UK ORDERS
We’ve simplified our returns process and have made it easy for you to return your items. Please click here to access the prepaid return Royal Mail label.
*You are welcome to use alternative packaging which protects the items in transit. Just make sure that your Returns Note is included in the parcel to avoid any delay in the processing of your refund.
*Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Finery is unfortunately not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of returning your order, send proof of postage to email@example.com and a member of the team will investigate the matter further for you. Please note that we are sadly unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
