PREPARING FOR YOUR CALL
Once you've booked a call, you will receive an email confirmation with the date and time. We kindly ask that you prepare the following before the call:
- Choose your favourite styles:
Please make sure that you know the names and sizes of the styles you're interested in, so that our agents can add them to your basket in a timely manner.
- Finery account details:
If you've shopped with Finery before, remember to provide your Finery email and password so we can add this order to your account. The more you order, the closer you are to becoming a member of our Fine Society and receiving rewards and perks. Don't have a Finery account yet? No worries - our agents will help you sign up!
Have your credit card in hand as we will need this in order to proceed at checkout. Please note we're unable to take payments via Paypal on the phone.
You are now ready to place an order! Make sure you've taken note of the day and time in your calendar so we can reach you easily on the day of the call.
RE-SCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE CALL
If you'd like to re-schedule or cancel the call, please refer back to the booking confirmation email you received after signing up. In this email, you will be given the option to change dates/time or cancel the call.
