Online Returns - A Step By Step Guide
Step 1. In order to return your Finery item, we kindly ask you to visit our Online Returns portal. Here you will be asked to enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.
*As we have a 14-day Return Policy at Finery, please note that the portal will only be available for 14 days from order receipt.
Step 2. Please select the items you wish to return by ticking the boxes on the left.
Step 3. For each item selected, please choose a return reason from the drop down menu on the right. We also encourage you to leave any additional comments in the text box below.
Step 4. When you’re ready, click on “Create Return” to go to the next page where you will be able to download your Returns Note and be given further delivery instructions (varies per country). We kindly ask you to print your Returns Note and place it inside the box with your items. This will prevent any delay in processing your refund.
Step 5. If your order qualifies for our free return service, please click on 'Print Free Returns Label' to proceed to the next page. You will then need to select 'Get started with your return'.
*For returns which need to be covered by yourself, please ensure that you use a courier with a tracking service and ship the parcel to the address mentioned on the Returns Note.
Step 6. Here you will be asked to key in your order number, postal code and email address that was used to place the order. Once you've filled in all your details, please click on 'submit' to proceed to the next page.
*Please note that the postal code box is not mandatory so if your address does not contain a postal code, you're welcome to leave this box blank.
Step 7. Once you've proceeded to the next page, please select the items that you wish to return as well as the reason code and then tick the 'Returns method' located at the bottom of the page and click continue.
Step 8. You're now ready to send your return to us. Simply download or have your Prepaid Label emailed to you, print it out and attacged it to the front of your parcel.
*Please make sure that you keep a copy of the return tracking number, just in case there's any issues with your parcel.
Step 9. Sit back and relax, your return is now on its way to us. We'll be in touch via email once we've received your return and have processed your refund.
