For online purchases Finery operates a 28 day returns policy subject to products being returned in their original condition, unworn with all tags and labels attached.
Starting Thursday, 3rd July 2025, a £3.50 shipping and handling fee will be applied to UK returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
However, if you keep items totaling £39 or more, your return will be free of charge.
